All puppies will be veterinary checked, prior to being delivered to new owners.
I am purchasing puppy with Full Registration in the amount of Boy $________ Girl $______
I _________________ want to place a deposit on English Bulldog or Pug puppy in the amount of $500.00
I Fully understand that this is a deposit is to hold said puppy. And will be shown as sold on the Internet sight
will not be offered for sale.
I understand that this is a NON-Refundable deposit. I will be paying by money order or cash.
Balance of sold puppy is due in cash upon puppy going to his/her new home.
If for any reason I can not complete the transaction by the time the puppy is ready to leave I default and
understand the puppy I placed a deposit on will be offered to the next available person on our waiting list.
Health guarantee......Buyer’s Responsibilities:
Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.
Seller must be informed immediately within 24 hours of the examination’s result by email.
The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
This puppy’s health guaranteed for 1 year. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be
responsible for all payments. As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming's.
The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and worming's due.
This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and
usually caused by bacteria.
Buyer understands that a normal Bulldog can have medical abnormalities including but not limited to: interdigital cysts,
cherry eye, joint problems, skin problems (hot spots, demodect mange, dermatitis), heart problems, eyelid abnormalities,
elongated soft palate, small trachea. These abnormalities are in every breed and are treatable & cureable with propler
vet treatment, therefore, they are not covered by this contract. The medical treatment of the bulldog requires specialized
vet knowledge and experience. Buyer agrees to provide proper vet care and house in a manner that is
acceptable for the health of this breed. Seller cannot guarantee that a male puppie will have two normally descended testicles
at maturity, or guarantee the fertility of a male or female puppie at maturity and it is impossible to guarantee the
breeding success, show success or house training.

Please try to find a vet that understands the bulldog breed, this breed is a hard breed to anaesthetise, so be sure that the vet you have chosen is aware of this fact and try to only have your bulldog put under when absolutely necessary. Bulldogs also have very shallow joint sockets and a vet that is unfamiliar with the breed may misdiagnose these as joint problems. Almost every Bulldog will have a slightly elongated soft palate which is why they snore, this is because of the shape of their heads and because the entire throat is being stuffed into a space that is too small in comparison to other breeds - in severe cases it will restrict your bullldogs ability to breathe and will need surgery but if your dog is comfortable then it’s best to leave it be, so be aware - if your vet informs you that he needs to resection the soft palate this may not be the case at all. Bulldogs with severe soft palate problems will overheat easily, find it very difficult to cope with any form of exercise and may regurgitate their food.
DO NOT over exercise/chase/play the bulldog in warm weather, by doing so may result in making it hard for them to breathe and will close off their air way.
